  We purchased some items and tried to return them less than 24 hours later. Didn't have the receipt initially and they only gave us store credit on a card for half the value of what we originally paid. Called the store less than an hour later with the original receipt and the staff said that since we don't have the items we purchased anymore, they couldn't help us. Extremely frustrating to deal with them! In this age of technology you would think a big store like Jo-Ann Fabric would have the ability to take returns and work to make sure they have happy customers. We had returns for several other retail stores and all took the items back with not problem. Stay away from this store...we won't be shopping there again.
